local resources for feral cat tnr

my neighbor has a feral colony behind his barn, about six cats i think. he feeds them but refuses to let anyone spay them, so there are newborn kittens everywhere all the time. it feels like a sad little open wound in the backyard.

i want to help but i cant afford a trap or the vet bills. does anyone know of local orgs that lend out traps or do free tnr? i feel like im shouting into the void.
